Servo Products Company, a forty-year participant in the machine tool industry announces it has been purchased by Mirko Cukelj, the majority stockholder of High Quality Tool and 2M Manufacturing, two other organizations well known in the machine tool industry. Servo Products Company will continue to supply its core business of knee mill power feeds and precision drill presses.
