The Model 709 Drill-Tap Control is factory installed on any standard 7000 series Servo drill press to eliminate the need for a separate tapping attachment for through hole tapping.

• Adds a 3-position toggle switch for selecting Drill or Tap Mode.
• Spindle turns at lower speed in Tap Mode
• Includes M-710 foot switch control for hands-free instant reversing
• Tapping capacity in steel: #0000-#4 / M0-M4
